Excellent thermal performance

When you want to enjoy your garden all year round, the AS FD 90.HI is the perfect choice. Combining large glass areas with a side-hung door for quick, easy access means you can enjoy your outside space, whatever the weather – be it from the warmth of the indoors through the generous glazing or by fully opening up the doors to take advantage of that indoor-outdoor lifestyle. With a basic depth of 90 mm, the AS FD 90.HI is deeper than the AS FD 75, meaning it offers improved thermal performance thanks to its higher level of insulation.

Finishing touches

Your Schüco system should be as individual as your home. Our modern yet reassuringly robust handles compliment your design statement. The ergonomic engineering of our handles, designed especially for Schüco, ensures flawless integration with our other hardware.

Our high-quality, stainless steel carriages and rollers prioritise smooth operation and longevity. Our bi-fold doors feature a strong magnetic catch for added security when opening a single door panel.

A splash of colour

Make the most of your inside-outside space with our pioneering bi-folding door system. Extremely slim sightlines and very large panel sizes mean that doors can be taller with fewer panels per opening, flooding your home with natural light and offering greater views with minimal interruption.

Your questions answered

How do low thresholds affect Schüco bi-fold door weather protection?
The weakest point of a bi-fold door is often at the bottom of the door. Schüco offers three threshold options for varying use cases, a fully framed door offers the best protection but is the most intrusive, a completely flush threshold is available but this is generally only recommended for commercial applications where draughts might be an acceptable compromise. Schüco’s buried 15mm threshold is a great option using a custom-made gasket system for excellent weathertightness without needing to step over a large frame.
