German engineering

It can be hard to pinpoint what makes one product better than another. We at Schüco think it’s all about the user experience. And once you’ve experienced German engineering, you’ll never look back.

The beauty of German engineering is that it goes beyond the development of components. It redefines how the product works and how users interact with it. And in doing so it shapes the entire industry. Our systems have been precision-engineered in Germany to guarantee the highest quality, smooth operation and maximum durability, for products that won’t let you down.

German engineering. It just works.

Precision machinery

As industry leaders, Schüco prides itself on being at the cutting edge of technological developments. Its state-of-the-art systems also require state-of-the-art machinery for the ultimate in manufacturing precision. That’s why Schüco also has its own range of high-performance CNC machines – taking German engineering to another level.

AvanTec SimplySmart technology

Schüco has revolutionised window fittings with its AvanTec SimplySmart solution. Its unique clip-on installation means that almost no tools are required, while its clever design allows the fittings to be fully concealed.

ISO 9001 certification

Because we at Schüco believe quality is the hallmark of a stand-out product, we take quality management very seriously. We are therefore the proud owners of ISO 9001 certification for our quality management system. So you can be sure your product has received the same great care and attention as the very first one we made.

You have questions, we have answers

How do low thresholds affect Schüco bi-fold door weather protection?
The weakest point of a bi-fold door is often at the bottom of the door. Schüco offers three threshold options for varying use cases, a fully framed door offers the best protection but is the most intrusive, a completely flush threshold is available but this is generally only recommended for commercial applications where draughts might be an acceptable compromise. Schüco’s buried 15mm threshold is a great option using a custom-made gasket system for excellent weathertightness without needing to step over a large frame.
